Have a LOCK SMITH cut one for you

Take the boat/trailer into town to a Locksmith. The lock smith will be able to remove the keyed portion and either replace it, of re-key it for new keys. Should cost you about $ 12 doing it this way.
Take the key switch out there should be a tag with a # on it go to the dealer of the engine on the boat and have them give or get a replacement key.
ignition switch is probably very easy to remove and replace. most marine shops and stores have them in stock, an expensive one with plenty of markup is $ 40.
locksmith, i’ve never known any professional mobile service provider who charges less then $ 20 just to show up. then you pay for parts and labor……

there are a few diffferent marine ignition switches in that link, westmarine has stores all around and does sales online too.
you will need to take a GOOD look at the back of your ignition switch and match it up. if you can pull brand names or numbers off of it, you should.
while westmarine isnt staffed by mechanics, talk to them and they can probably tell you which switch is right for your boat.
If you have Evinrude/Johnson or Mercury the local dealers have keys. Other makes might also have them. Some ignition switches have the key number needed stamped on the switch.
