Question by musclemansix: Where is the Serial quantity positioned on a 1997 Stratos 273 bass boat?
I am trying to get my boat registered and can’t uncover the serial quantity.

since 1984 boat producers are essential to affix the hull ID amount (HIN) in two areas, one on the outside of the hull on the starboard side of the transom, and the other in an unexposed location. If it’s gone from the transom, can’t stratos tell you where they hid the other one particular? Isn’t it on your insurance policy? Or the bill of sale?

    no, they have rubber gromets in there, so the tools fit nice and tight.
