is it okay to mix the gas with oil in a four cycle motor?
even although you only require straight gas and you do not have to mix it with oil

Nate u r gonna screw up big time doing that . four cycle takes the oil seperate AS IN A Car.

If you do that as it is now it will smoke considerably. If you can get some empty cans and dillute the gas first as much as you can. You should be o/k then.

why would you ever do that, its not a 2 cycle, its a 4 cycle as you said. you sure you know how to operate a boat?
